Live Parent Sportsmanship Class March 29, 2014 Coaches and Parents: We are having a Live Parent Sportsmanship Class on March 29, 2014 at 10:00am, the doors open at 9:00am to start taking payments. We ask that you get here early so we can start on time. The cost will be $5.00 per family and will be doing the player IDs that day too. we do accept cash,checks,credit and debit; please bring exact change. Below is a list of what you need to bring. Thank you, Martin Chacon Recreation Program Supervisor All players must have a Current and Valid City of El Paso Parks and Recreation issued ID card. We will accept the following as proof of age and MUST be original: Government issued Birth Certificates, Military ID’s, School Demographics, And Passports. NO HOSPITAL BIRTH CETIFICATES, NO BAPTISM CERIFICATES OR MEDICARE PAPERWORK IS ALLOWED. ID’s will cost $5.00. Players must have ID’s before their first game. Parents must show a current Parent Class Receipt in order for any player to obtain ID before they play in a game.
