Live from the Tipping Class: Here are my favorite ways to create a supportive and restorative cradle for yourself each and every day. #1: Eat breakfast within one hour of waking. Skipping breakfast puts you into a state of stress. #2: Make sure your food choice contain what? What’s your mantra? (FAT/FIBER/PROTEIN) #3: Eat smaller meals every two to three hours if you must to help bring some balance. (Ultimately we want to be able to go longer between meals, but you may not be there yet. Know this is a process. Listen in to what your body needs. If your hunger brings you to the place that you’re craving sugar, you went too long. Back it up. Set your phone alarm to a time in the day prior to that daily dip.) ~Andrea Nakayama
