Live webcast about Indiana Annual Conference Session will be webcast at 3 ET and 2 CT today, Sunday, May 4 INDIANAPOLIS – Hundreds of Indiana Annual Conference members are expected to view the live webcast Annual Conference Session Briefing starting at 3 p.m. ET and 2 p.m. CT Sunday, May 4. The one-hour program will originate from the Indiana Conference Center with several annual conference leaders, who will outline some of the key issues coming before the annual conference session to be held at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis May 29-31. Viewers will be able to link to the webcast Sunday, May 4, through the conference website at inumc.org/ac14. Topics during the webcast will include: •Information about featured speakers and events at annual conference, •The Africa University Campaign, •Christian Conferencing preparing for the 2015 election of delegates, •Pension and health care benefits for retirees, •The 100 New Points of Light program with Bishop Coyner and •The Mission Outreach at Annual Conference with Kids Against Hunger food packing. During the live webcast there will be opportunities for viewers to email questions to the panel at [email protected]. Questions not on the webcast will be answered and posted on the conference website at inumc.org/ac14. The 2014 Indiana Annual Conference Session Preview live webcast will be streamed this Sunday, May 4, beginning at 2:30 p.m. ET, 1:30 p.m. CT from the Bishop’s Conference Room at the Conference Center. The actual program will begin a 3 p.m. ET, 2 p.m. CT. Viewers can connect with the webcast by going to inumc.org/ac14 and clicking on to the webcast listed in the left column. The 60- to 90-minute program can be seen on both computers and mobile devices. Once the “webcast link” has been clicked on the conference webpage, viewers will be given a choice between desktop computers and mobile devices. Some computers/mobile devices may need to install Microsoft Silverlight software, which is downloadable on the site under the two choices. On mobile devices, please click on the triangular shaped play icon to begin downloading and streaming. Before, during and after the program, questions need to be emailed to [email protected]. The entire program will be archived at inumc.org/ac14 for viewing if viewers are unable to watch the live webcast. It is planned to be available by midweek.
