If all wealth is flowing OUT, how easy do you think it is to come IN? Ponder that for a moment. Why arent 7 of us coming together at a time, forming LLCs, building and buying multi family properties/complexes and condos in highly dense areas of concentrated black wealth? Because wed rather live 1 to a 4000 square foot house like we made it and get surprised when we lose our mainstream job given to you by corporate america and you get foreclosed on. And guess who comes in that neighborhood and purchases that foreclosure for pennies? (Detroit) Or offers to relieve your high debt load if you sell the banks house because youve re-mortgaged that property to the tilt? (inglewood) Your single family home at 95% of your monthly income is not an investment. Your single family BUSINESS is. If we dont team together were just gon forever dream together.
