RGIII has been a huge success-at making money for the team. Now that his revenue potential is gone, Washington will be looking for its next franchise quarterback. RGIII has not started and finished a win since Week 9 of 2013 - he has a 4-14 record in the last 2 years. Only TWO top 3 draft picks have ever had worse winning percentages in their 2nd and 3rd seasons...Dan Pastorini and Akili Smith. Best thing for Washington is to fire all the players and coaching staff at the end of the season. (Theyre in last place, what have they got to lose?) Hire a new staff and players who want to win, have a good work ethic, and can play together as a team. Once the team starts winning, and acquires a taste for winning, the revenue opportunities will return. But thats why I dont run an NFL franchise.
