Local Department of Veterans Affairs leaders hosting Town Hall Meeting Thursday The Directors from the Wilmington and Philadelphia Regional Veterans Benefits Administration Offices and Wilmington VA Medical Center are hosting a Veterans Town Hall Meeting, Thurs. at 12 p.m. at the Levy Court Building, 555 Bay Rd., Dover, DE. Veterans Town Hall meetings are held quarterly at different locations and times to accommodate as many people as possible. The Town Hall meetings are a forum in which Veterans, families, Veteran Service Organizations, and the public can ask questions and share thoughts with leaders from the VA.
