Affordable Housing Opportunities Available! Interested in applying for affordable housing? Applications are now available for Parcel M Grand Avenue Apartments in Downtown and One Santa Fe in the Arts District. Parcel M Grand Avenue Apartments will accept completed applications by mail; all applications must be postmarked by June 30. One Santa Fe has just announced they will no longer accept applications on a first come first serve basis. They have reconsidered their policy and have decided to instead implement a lottery system. Applications will be accepted in person and by mail between June 16 and June 18. There is no longer any advantage to lining up prior to 9 a.m. on June 16 to submit applications. Please see the flyer released by the management company for further details.
