Affordable Housing Opportunities Available! Interested in applying for affordable housing? Applications are now available for Parcel M Grand Avenue Apartments in Downtown and One Santa Fe in the Arts District. Parcel M Grand Avenue Apartments will accept completed applications by mail; all applications must be postmarked by June 30. One Santa Fe has just announced they will no longer accept applications on a first come first serve basis. They have reconsidered their policy and have decided to instead implement a lottery system. Applications will be accepted in person and by mail between June 16 and June 18. There is no longer any advantage to lining up prior to 9 a.m. on June 16 to submit applications. Please see the flyer released by the management company for further details. Please know that the Affordable Housing Partnership for Artists is in no way affiliated with the tenant selection process of One Santa Fe and this was a decision made by the management company.
