AFFORD Client Services currently has casual employment opportunities available for Kitchen Hand/ Cleaners at our 24 hours Accommodation Service - Cherrywood Village in Llandilo. Reporting to the Coordinator, Accommodation Services this diverse role will see you responsible for: • Ensuring residents rooms, administration areas, family room, gym and hall are thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis as outlined in the calendar schedule. • Planning and preparation of residents meals. • Providing direction and training to supported employees in laundry /cleaning/ kitchen areas. • Undertaking stock take at the end of each month and prepare report for Coordinator. • Ensuring clothes and linen is laundered and ironed on a daily basis. To ensure your success in this role you will have an understanding of the WHS requirements for food handling, the ability to assist in the preparation of meals in a large facility,willingness to work additional shifts as required and an eagerness to learn.
