My sweet sister Kamala Woolley Asay just sent me this vid of my twin niece & nephew She decided the pain was enough after the battle she fought throughout her life with her body that she knew she wanted something different for her kiddos. Im so proud of her for Choosing a different experience to give her kids a different path & perception of loving their body & being at peace with it & so taking care of it because they are WORTH it. She not only shed 30lbs but chose an entire mindset shift & she gives them this gift everyday to be powerful creators of an awesome life.
