Qualifications Strong organizational, task prioritizing, and time management skills. •1-3 years working experience in related supervisory function (preferably in warehouse operations). •Be a dynamic, action oriented leader and team member that is self-motivated and confident in making independent decisions. •Ability to properly assign tasks to co-workers and motivate them. •Ability to handle operational issues in a proper manner. •Ability to communicate effectively with people. •Warehouse organization, layout and capacity management. Participate in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment as well as any point-of-use inventory storage areas. •Oversee warehouse security through review of physical security measures and continuous monitoring, and recommends modification to the program as required. •Provide reports to Logistics Manager requested. •Computer skills essential (Excel, Word & Outlook knowledge).
