Logistics assistant:- Job description:- 1. Provide administrative support to the Purchasing department. 2. Interacts with vendors to efficiently provide shipment updates, inbound delivery discrepancies. 3. Reviews inbound and outbound shipment paperwork to verify accuracy, compliance with Company expectations. 4. Supports logistics activities and all the paper work related to the import and export. 5. Coordinate purchase requisitions and process departmental invoices using Excel. 6. Prepares and issues monthly reports for internal use. Qualifications needed: 1. Bachelor degree in any related field. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a shipping and customs clearance, logistics assistant role and also have administrative experience. 3. Computer skills in Ms Office. 4. Ability to manage multiple tasks in an efficient manner. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work in a team environment across multiple departments. 7. Demonstrated experience and competency handling confidential information. 8. Strong organizational skills, self motivation, and team effectiveness. 9. Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to shift priorities to meet deadlines. 10.
