Long bar squats . 10-12 reps with increasing weights , 4 sets . Squats are very important in building leg & lower body strength , core & back strength . But like the saying goes , power is nothing without control .Technique is crucial to prevent injury so as a start , do a body squat instead & progress from there . Back straight, dont arch , knees behind your toes , legs slightly wider than hip-width apart , toes slightly pointing outwards & squat until thighs are at least parallel to the floor . Lepas ni boleh angkut almari , hehe .
