Long day but a day full of blessings have you just read the whole thing here because theres a testimony in this because the devil tried to prevent me from doing what God has put on me to do .but Gods will prevailed... I took Jacob and Lucas to the nursing home today. For the residents Christmas party. We sang with them. Handed out cookies and cards. And we spent time with the residents. When we were standing outside their dining room where the residents sat listening to christmas songs. We watched them for a minute they seemed to be just sitting most not singing. And didnt seem to Happy. When we walked in and they saw the kids. Their faces literally lit up. They began to smile and we began to sing christmas Carols with them they began to sing and smile as if their while persona changed. I Wish I could have videoed it. The boys were so excited and Happy to give them cookies and cards . The residents were hugging on the boys and just so excited to have children there. The boys have decided to adopt 4 GRANDMAS and 4 grandpas. IM hoping to bring in the rest of Clay kids ministries to visit and adopt grandparents. We will be going every Saturday. To visit and once a month to sing. There was one residents wife who was crying in hall as her husband had passed away. The boys and I went and prayed with her she was so grateful That we took time from events to come and prayer with her. It was a blessing to give back and share the love of Christ. And to show love to those who are feeling forgotten. Praise GOD for allowing us to do make it there had a rough time.. David had taken my car to work I had truck. The older boys had used the truck yesterday and did not put gas in it and did not tell David that they did not put gas in it. And I did not know either so I guess in the truck and was headed there and seen that the hand was on E. So knowing that I had five dollars in my purse cuz thats all the cash I had on me I had no credit cards no debit card nothing on me but I 5 dollar bill. So I went in the closest gas station lo and behold we have a truck that has two gas tanks. . And which one of those gas tanks has a hole in it but I did not know that there was two different doors for the gas tank. I thought that the switch inside the truck was what determines which gas tank was open and available. And I thought for sure that with David knowing that there was a hole in one tank that he had that switch on the open for the good tank. I thought you only have one place to put gas in and that when you switch that button in the truck but that determines whether it goes in the front tank or the back tank. Shall I not knowing how this whole process of this tank switching works did not know there was two different openings to put gas then and I put gas in the wrong door so every drop of gas I put in blue right out the bottom of the tank it was gas pouring out like a water hose. So that whole $5 for the gas ran straight out of the tank because I did not know this you would think me being of truck and car girl that I would know this but Im not used to be here it goes with to differ tanks. And I normally do not drive his vehicle. So I wasnt going to let Satan stop me I got in that truck and as we came out of that gas station the gas hand was on E & I begin to rebuke Satan and pray until God God if you want me to do this youre going to have to provide the gas. And Im here to tell you God provided the gasoline because when we pulled out of the gas station the gas hand was buried in the red. Truck was sputtering but I begin to pray and I said look god youre going to have to move if you want us together this nursing home and do what you put on us to do youre going to have to provide gas and buddy did he that gas and begin to raise I begin to rebuke Satan and say not today stating you gods got us something to do and were going to do it. if we have to walk to do it but you know we drove a truck to that nursing home and that gas has never moved it came up just a little bit enough to get us there and it never moved and we went in and we did what God wanted us to do. People with icing on a testimony I dont know what is when God tells you to do something when he puts it on you to do it that you will try to stop you Satan will try to prevent it but when you pray and you have faith in God and you do His will He will get you through it. So Im praising God today because that right there is a testimony and that right there shows me that it was not just me wanting to go to this nursing home because see when it was first put on me by God to do I kept praying and asking GOD is this really what you want me to do well God showed me today it was really what he wanted me to do. When God gives you something to do he will make a way for you to do it:.
