Long life training secret- Everyone should train all physical capacities. That means some type of heavy exercise, along with endurance and many other qualities. The word heavy scares people, but heavy is relative but everybody can go heavy at something. The secret to good, safe heavy is finding the individual variation of an exercise that fits you and doesnt cause joint pain or problems. Everybody needs to work the basic areas of the body, but one mans favorite exercise is another mans crippler. Same goes for endurance work. Training the physical capacity is important, the individual exercise is the tool. Make it your own for long term strength and health!
