Look People ( Gina Henry) is and has been in this group for well over a year and she is not perfect just like any of us we all have our bad, good and better days.. and this is not to judge her as being wrong or right but since she was the topic of todays post I am using her name (Im sure she will be fine with that)... because one or a few dont agree with someone on a point does not make it a conflict of interest for the group...We have Independents, Republicans and even yes Tea Party members who have come because they dont full agree with their partys new platforms but they dont fully agree with ours ... we want like-minded people who can agree to disagree but still work for the same goal... and I must say our Republican members seem to work well at getting on with the goals at hand even when they dont agree with the full democrat agenda... they believe it is the best of two evils... People fall pray to Whos right instead of WHATS RIGHT and everyone who has a differ of opinion is NOT a troll... Ive been doing this group and help build this group from 134 members as asked to be admin long ago so I am confident in my choice of handling my job...As is our Exec Board of Directors ...we dont just have rules and do as we please here we have guidelines and procedures from a board.. we are not just a group that Dems are always right or Repubs are always wrong .. and what you think is fine it is your right to think it but what you may not know factors into how we govern and just because 10 people out of 35,000 today decides that Joe Blow is the one we dont agree with or feel threatened or annoyed by or cant tolerate then that is the person whom should be thrown out.. Well NO it just doesnt work that way. Because we have been growing at a faster pace .. every time .. we know we get paid hackers and Tea Party and Right wingers in here just to get you guys fighting ... and the threads have to be destroyed and they get PAID BECAUSE THEY DID WHAT THEY CAME TO DO... and are gone long before it is even deleted why because you fall prey to their KARL ROVE PLAY BY PLAY HAND BOOK...it works.. because egos dont know how to shut the hell down and walk away or block a person or persons.... Gosh I really wish we the people would really stop and think before we leap more.. this group does a lot of great work for the cause and some of us know the people who actually put boots on the ground here and get #s to the polls.. Some here are motivators by speech etc etc... I just wish you all think more about what and why you are here and how are you contributing to the cause the goals etc. And the ones of you that are here to get some education because this is new to you or whatever... everyone needs to try and remember the goals and a person will treat you how you allow them to treat you...No one , No one can make me leave a group I came to for my reasons especially when I have the power to BLOCK EVER SEEING OR HEARING FROM THEM...YOUR EGOS STOP YOU FROM DOING THAT because you choose to out argue or out comment etc... Im just ranting today because every once in a while people need to know what the hell is really going on behind the crap.. while some are fussing and exchanging name calling others are in a meeting at their homes registering new voters and serving them soda and cookies... or like today when I wan not able to be on...I had a group of only 13 people her in Arizona who never been activist but wanted to learn they only vote their ballots and was afraid to talk to others and didnt know how to engage their neighbor in political meets without being offensive.. Now those 13 people have turned into back yard, lemonade serving activist in 3 and a half hours... and each of them gave at least 10 names or more of who they would call to invite by next sat. and we help them from here make the calls and get the commitment before they left the back yard cookie social today... So Im not bragging here folks just trying to give you and idea of why I do this and where I as admin might be while some of you are here calling each other names back and forth or choosing to just leave and go to another group because admin are not babysitting us... And I am sure I will now get another 58 or more complaints because of my rant but I good with that... and feel free to address your complaints about me to the board and they will respond back to you with in 2 weeks or less..So you dont have to go thru me and can be assured they will get your complains directly and I have no decision or vote on any complaint against me so again it is fair and balanced. I am always willing to help and guide or lend suggestions to anyone here.. if you choose to ask for assistance.. If I dont know something I know how to find out...etc... so please dont take this rant as a negative ... its just that I am passionate about what I stand for and what I do ...i dont get paid money but when all comes together and we win and we meet our goals then I am happy and feel like the wealthiest person in the world. I may not have a dollar but my soul feels as wealthy as the Koch Brothers off shore Bank Accts.
