Look at this beauty. She is now gracing my kitchen, underneath my 85cm counter, and washing the living heck out of my laundry mountain. She was delivered exactly on time, and I do mean exactly, and within 24 hours of my pushing the order button. She was presented to me by delivery men who seemed to live and breath for the privilege of customer service, who quickly whisked away the defective one, and in leaving the expressed gratitude for my custom with the words, It is thanks to you that we work, which we so much appreciate. I have a number to call should ever there be a problem, which they assure me there will not, but should that unfortunate and unlikely event arise, they have promised to return within minutes to make it go away. Darty, you and your employees deserve every success. And to everyone who helped me figure out that the best solution was Just get a new one, thank you, too: You were so very helpful and so very right. Bienvenue, new washing machine, and to everyone who thinks Parisians are rude--frankly, I think you may be confusing it with another city, because this really just happened and isnt abnormal.
