Look its real simple.. If you do not invest in your product it will not grow. Every plant needs water to grow out of the soil. Artists, thinking that your projects are so hot that they will grow with out investing into your situation is insane. You have to get your self to the front line some how. You can only do but so many open mics and small shows. Go to these events the labels have for the artists, pay for the tickets, invest in a good manager because you will need to pay a few different teams to do jobs you just cant do.. Some of these teams are certified and studied the field to be able to bring to you the services that will make your seeds grow into a health plant. Even the very successful indie artist had to pay people to do jobs to help their NAME come to the front line. Nothing is for free.
