Look who acknowledged the existence of chem-trails in a back handed way. Chem-trails are the slang term for geo-engineering or man-made climate change. US Government has been involved in it since at least the 1960s, heavily used in Vietnam. UN treaty was signed in the late 1970s forbidding its use in warfare. But everybody laughs and says it doesnt exist. They do have this weather modification technology and have had it a long time. Now ask yourself, if they could fix the droughts on the west coast why dont they? Or are these droughts being produced on purpose?
