Looking at hiring a helper/nanny for a 2 1/2 boy , ( so I can return to work ) how do I go about finding what I should pay $$ wise ect. , would include food n accommodation foxtel and wifi in your own large room , ( horses n dogs ok, dog meat supplied , plenty of grass ) recreation fun of going pigging and dingo shooting , we have horses you can ride, we are 15 min from aboriginal community with basic services ( no pub ) and 30 min from pub , would be 5 day week , one weekend night a month ,, what should I offer in wages ?
