When you get home this evening, take a few minutes and look around and acknowledge 10 things that you appreciate and you are grateful for. Was there something that happened today that made you smile? Did you have fun doing something or meeting someone? Did something happen that was a surprise? What did you enjoy doing today? etc... Take about 1 minute for each and relish in good thoughts. When you do this every day then you will start to train your brain to automatically focus on the good. When you think better you feel better and act better.
