Looking at the incidents in Ottawa and Montreal its tough to pin - TopicsExpress

Looking at the incidents in Ottawa and Montreal its tough to pin down a why. People instantly point to ISIS and terrorism but judging from whats come up in the research of both these attacks its very unlikely. Both men had strong mental health issues and were known to police. There has been no instance of communication between terror groups and either man. Is it a national terror attack or a national gap in mental health care. Will we have strict change in national security protocol or re-evaluation of mental health care policies? I fairly sure which one will win out here and while having a more secure society against terror attacks is a good thing it will be impossible to stop situations like the last two days without taking care of those with need. Just my thoughts. Fire away!
