Looking back on how I was in the courtroom @ age 14 the judge Schofield told me how he wanted to throw the book at me because of my School record... regardless of the fact the majority of the fights was self defense our defending others. He maxed me out with 18 months I did that and some before being sent to a group home. I became the jr counselor for the girls there in Hemet Calif. Forming a lie that I had threatened a couple of girl knowing my fist was registered with the state of California they me back with new charges but I stood tall on the truth! My public defender tried to scare me into excepting 8 years in C.Y.A. He lied saying the girls was there to testify and Ill be charged with assault with a deadly weapon and attempted murder and would be looking at 25 years to life! I told him no. We got in court and tried to take the deal against my stands. So I cut him off in court an d told the judge I can speak for myself fired the public defender in the courtroom and plead not guilty I found out there was no witnesses and they was trying to ruin my future. I was 16 when I got out. GOD has blessed me to stand through much adversity and overcome major issues... Yet these things are but light afflictions. GLORY TO GOD! I COULDVE BEEN gone when I slapped that girl with a tray of hot oatmeal or the many times I tossed and slapped people around in juvenile hall but the staff seen that I stood for right and refused to see the weak done wrong.
