Looking for a Director for my childcare center the childcare has a capacity of 24 children we are a 24 hour center so you must be willing to take this responsibility over seeing the childcare if needed. Our facility is in need of part time director. We are looking for a flexible individual that are dependable, that can provide a safe nurturing environment that encourages intellectual development. Requirement: -Someone who has all their clearances under a year old such as Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI, First Aid & CPR. Health assessment no longer then a year old. -Must have Bachelor or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or 30 educational credits along with a degree. -Must be familiar with DPW requirements and Keystone stars. -Must be able to prepare curriculum, lesson plans, and activities for different age group. -Must be a team player, keep childrens and teachers files in order, and prepare monthly newsletters. -We follow state regulations. -Must be willing to participate in yearly training. This is a long term position meaning summer plus school year, but we are closed for all major holidays. Please submit resume. 15-20 hours per week We will be interviewing Monday-Fridays 1pm to 3pm.
