Looking for a Mobile Team Leader Job Description: As a Team Leader in our App division your main role will be to manage a team of experienced account managers and oversee all non-social mobile channels. You are expected to come with a relevant rolodex of leading mobile professionals and to identify and prioritize high-potential mobile app developers, while maintaining an exquisite knowledge of industry trends and innovations. Responsibilities: • Lead a growing team of Mobile App Account Managers in charge of both advertisers and publishers • Oversee implementation, account management and real time optimization of campaigns • Maintain, develop and grow existing client relationships for assigned accounts • Play a key role in pipeline and sales cycle decisions about new campaigns, partners and strategy • Identify industry trends and regularly brainstorm with cross-organization teams to provide creative solutions • Assist in the technical aspects of partners integration • Execute tests and provide feedback for AreaOne’s newly developed cutting edge media buying platform • Skills & Qualifications: • +2 years of Business development and campaign management experience in the field of online advertising • +1 year of experience in the Mobile Application performance marketing • An understanding of the Online Advertising Industry, a passion for technology and the drive and ownership to work in a start-up environment. • A wide network of app developers, ad-networks and various mobile professionals • Understanding of tracking solutions: S2S, SDKs, API, etc. • Self-motivated and organized with an eye for details • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative and integrity. • Ability, availability, and willingness to work hard and be responsive during evenings weekends if needed • Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling and analysis a plus) • BA or BS degree • High level of English: Speaking and writing is a must • Experience with RTB eco-system (analysis, workflows, key players) – a big advantage • Experience with in-house SaaS products (ad-servers, bidders, etc.) – an advantage
