Looking for a different, healthy and exciting breakfast option for your kids (or yourself) this holidays? Breakfast ‘Parfait’ (based on recipe from Sarah Wilson’s ‘I quit sugar”) Ingredients 1- 2 Tbs chia and linseeds 3 - 4 Tbs a cooked, cooled grain such as buckwheat, rice, quinoa Yoghurt Stewed cooled fruit such as mixed berries, apricots, apple etc Bee pollen Directions Soak chia and linseeds in 1/4C water for 15 mins to overnight. If too gluggy add more water. Layer each ingredient into a glass ending with a sprinkle of bee pollen on top.
