Looking for a roommate: someone willing to fix up my downstairs as payment for the first month of rent. Not wanting to charge much, 1 bedroom, very own living room $350 WSG, WIFI, PUD included, washer/dryer, shared kitchen and bath/shower upstairs, (kids only use this bathroom and are only there half the time, private bath downstairs with laundry room, two car garage. I do have kids every other weekend and wed/thur. So they have to be kid friendly people, totally trustworthy, responsible, clean, fun. PM me if you know anyone!
