Gypsies! So my 3rd roommate fell through and I need to find a replacement by tomorrow or we loose the apartment. In ASTORIA (33rd st and 35 ave) 2 blocks from the 36 ave stop.I know its a stretch but Must be willing to do a skype interview tonight and see if youd be a match for us. Must be able to submit all financial paperwork to me by tomorrow morning at 8am. ( w2, last 3 pay stubs, Id, social security card, bank statement, credit score and apartment application.) You: Female preferably, no pets, no smoking, clean, laid back and working. Must be able to pay $25 for background check, 1/3 of broker fee, deposit and security by Saturday for lease signing.
