Looking for a sure fire way to drop some pounds but keep up your nutritional needs while training? Try this diet for 8 weeks and I will guarantee results. Eating 24 oz of broccoli a day plus the other veggies will help curb off hunger throughout the day. 180grams of protein is plenty for anyone training and the veggies and fruit provide plenty of nutrients. I dropped 18 pounds in 10 weeks this past spring following this diet and it still acts as my baseline diet but now I only have two protein shakes a day at two scoops in milk, and add in a third actual meal of similar macro-nutrients to those described below. Meal # Calories 1 – Scoop and a half of protein powder in water 200 cals – 40 gr protein 2 – *6 egg whites, 12 oz of frozen broccoli, **1 onion 300 cals - ~30 gr protein 3 – Scoop and a half of protein powder in water 200 cals – 40 gr protein 4 - *1 chicken breast, 12 oz of broccoli, **1 onion 400 cals – 30 gr protein 5 – Scoop and a half of protein powder in water 200 cals – 40 gr protein Snack throughout the day on a bowl’s worth of frozen Mixed berries 200 cals – 0 gr protein * 6 egg whites are preferred @ 100 calories and 24gr prot.
