Looking for advice! Debating whether to purchase another car (like a Prius) or get a Vespa to commute to and from school...my school is 6 miles away from my apartment so I need to have a means of transportation, but owning another car in California will likely be expensive...any thoughts/comments on owning/driving scooters around LA? I wont be going on the freeway because my commute only allows for local roads, but not sure about how safe this option may be...
