Looking for an Inside Sales Rep - - - large company in Croydon, TEMP - PERM An Inside Sales Representative’s job is primarily research intensive. It is an entry level position that will focus on lead generation primarily for the Label & Packaging Division through the discovery of new products and services we can provide to new and existing customers. After coordinating with the Director, New Business Development Packaging or Senior Sales Rep the Inside Sales Rep will have heavy outbound calling responsibilities as well as handling in-bound calls. The customer interfacing will result in the Inside Sales Representative working on issues as: requests for quotations, lead times, order placement, expediting, and changes in quotations, promotional mailings and communicating pertinent information to all stake holders. The ideal candidate must be driven, self-starter with strong communication skills, and someone who enjoys problem-solving challenges. This role will receive mentorship from the Director, New Business Development Packaging and VP of Sales and can transition into a Junior Sales, Outside Sales or Acct Manager Roles. Market research to identify growth opportunities in our existing accounts. Researching and capturing of accurate and complete information of Customer/Prospect Evaluating customer activity to help refine opportunities for growth. Create and manage marketing campaign targeting newly discovered leads Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate the sales process. Proactively contacting decision makers to introduce and promote the Label & Packaging Platform Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects in SalesForce Providing customers with product samples Consulting with customers after the sale to provide ongoing support. Participating fully in product training sessions, meetings, skills training and professional development classes Other duties as assigned Requirements/Qualifications: Four-year college degree - candidates with a degree in some phase of Graphics Arts is a plus Ability to cultivate relationships, establish rapport and develop credibility with accounts Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Sales Force preferred but not required Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities. Should be honest, assertive and systematic The candidate will need to be physically located near our Croydon, PA facility and report into the plant daily This position will require some overnight travel
