Looking for anyone who lives in Tulsa Oklahoma who could give me any advise. I have a disabled friend who is currently living in the most terrible conditions imaginable and he is on a fixed income. He has a found a fairly decent place he can move into next month but is having trouble coming up with the money for the deposit and first months rent. If anyone knows of any resources or organizations that can help him please contact me asap. Any ideas are welcome!
