Looking for some advice guys. Last year I took on a booking for a small wedding in a bar function suite this November. Only contact was email. After around 4 emails back and forth the booking was confirmed. A month later I noticed that the date the bride confirmed was the week before the date she enquired about so I tried contacting her. I have send around 7 emails asking her to confirm the date but still no answer. I have no other contact details as I only introduced contract to my business at the start if the year. Do I email and say if I havent heard back I will presume she has went else where or do I contact the venue and try and hunt her down?
