Looking for some input and guidance: I have a client, 5’2 and 207lbs. 30yrs old. Her goal is to lose 50lbs. Previous to her training with me, she did circuit training 2xs a week and kickboxing 5xs a week. She came to me because she has expressed that she wanted to increase her strength but also loose weight. She insists on still wanting to work out 6xs a week. She strength trains 4x’s/week, cardio and circuit work 1x/week. I have been providing her support around her eating but I don’t have a nutrition certification so I hesitate to recommend anything. I have adviced about her protein, fat, carb, and dietary fiber intake. She is a very strong gal. Her mobility is on point and cardiovascular is stellar. Today she told me she weighed herself and she gained 4lbs. We talked about water weight and muscle mass but she said that her pants felt snug. I truly want to help her reach her goal but am at a loss as to what else she should be doing/changing with her nutrition as she eat pretty nutrient dense foods. Any guidance will be most appreciated.
