Yeshua, Jesus and the World – Part 4.2 We will now see how the world system weighed heavily against Yeshua during His days in the Flesh. A. Social: Yeshua, Jesus Suffered Rejection from Cradle to Grave 1. Born in a Manger, not Palace or Hotel! Luke 2:7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in amanger; because there was no room for them in the inn. The social and economic realities of Joseph and Mary necessitated that Yeshua was born in nondescript Manger meant for animals. The King of Creation by whom and for whom all things were created did not swagger down from heaven in fullness of glory but ‘sneaked in’ through a most lowly route: the womb of His creation. On delivery, there was no horse-drawn carriage to announce Him. There was no room at the Inn for Him and He had to share space with beasts of burden. Saints, it could not be worse than this! Yet, He went on to shake off this ‘nasty’ childhood experience to finish His assignment on earth. Why are we still trapped in negative things of our past and using them as excuse for remaining stuck in the mind?
