(Its only 10-15 minutes from UWSP campus). Has a rural location and 9 acres of land. 4 bed, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage, unfinished basement. Renter is responsible for rent of $1100 a month and utilities. (Electricity and lp gas). Security deposit is also $1100. Must be pre-approved by candlewood before you can lease (Credit score check, 600+, and background check). Pick up applications at their office across from Shopko on Main St. but there is a $50 application fee because of the credit and background checks. Up to two pets are allowed, including large dogs, but there is a $35 fee per pet per month. Cross-posted.
