Looking to lose 30,40 or 50+ pounds? HIIT it Off is our 12 week weight loss program that starts November 18th at 7pm. The program includes: -3 meal plans for each phase of training. -Weekly group training and accountability. -Unlimited classes for the duration of the contest. -Train along with our previous winner and mentor Tanya Turner. The winner receives a full make over at Lime Blue Spa and a 1 year membership. Previous winner Tanya Turner had this to say: I can honestly say that HIIT IT Fitness has changed my life. I had played sports year-round since I was 4 years old and I stopped playing about 5 years ago and told myself I would find alternatives to keep me active but I did not follow through on that action plan. I have struggled with my weight since my preteen years and I am an emotional eater. Some of lifes struggles; ie. divorce, deaths of close family members and friends, and my own doubts about self- worth, and body image had me comforting myself with food and resulting in making bad food choices and overindulging on a regular basis. In addition, due to all of the excess weight I was carrying there was impact to my health. My blood pressure was elevated and I was going to be put on medication if I could not get it back down. My lower back was causing me pain and I was seeing a chiropractor on monthly basis. I suffered from Irritable Bowel Syndrome due to stress and my bad eating habits. As well, for the last year I was experiencing Anxiety/Panic attacks and I have figured out it was attributed to not having an outlet for stress which sports was that outlet for me. I have 2 nieces and a nephew; ages 3 and under and I wanted to be able to play with them and above all set a good example for them. Over the years, I have tried several gyms and several weight loss programs and in some I found some success in losing weight, but I have always put the weight back on and then some. All of the programs target rapid weight loss, are extremely expensive and werent realistic for long term success in keeping the weight off as none of them incorporated an exercise program. Guess what? There is NO QUICK FIX!! The only way to conquer weight loss and achieve long term success in maintaining a healthy lifestyle is to exercise regularly and eat right. And by that, I mean eat real food! This is where at 42 years old, I was introduced to HIIT IT Fitness. I absolutely love the workouts and I have never done the same workout twice since I have started. It is innovative, intense, fast-paced and the results are phenomenal. I cannot believe the difference in my strength and fitness and ability from when I joined HIIT IT FITNESS. I was excited when the HIIT IT OFF program was presented to me and I signed up with a determination and focus that I have never had before. I also wanted to set myself up for success in my transformation journey and approach this program differently from what I had done in the past. Instead of keeping it a secret and isolating myself on my transformation journey; I built my own support network and told everyone; friends, family and co-workers. As well; with the HIIT IT OFF program, our before pictures were on the wall at Hiit It Fitness and our names on the board for all gym members to see and keep posted on our teams progress. I cannot tell you how motivating, encouraging and inspiring it was to me to have such a network of people there for me from all facets of my life cheering me on every step of the 90 days of the program and most importantly for me to be accountable to. The same valuable support came from within our own HIIT IT OFF team, our coach and trainer Jason Tunks and our mentor Sarah Haimerl that had completed this program previously. Coach Jason; told us at the beginning; you either find a way or find an excuse. As well, he said if you do everything I say you will be successful. Both statements could not be more true! I took it one day at a time, followed each phase of the meal plans and learned the value of being organized and the necessity of planning and preparing the meals and my workout schedule on a weekly basis. It allowed me to stay on track with ensuring I drank all my water, ate all the meals at spaced out intervals and getting in all the workouts necessary for successful , consistent weight loss on a weekly basis. Another amazing finding to me by completing the HIIT IT OFF program was the amount of money I saved and continue to save. I had not realized the amount of money I had been spending on eating out and grabbing take out on the way home when I didnt feel like cooking. This was indeed an eye-opener for me. This was the hardest program I have ever completed but with the greatest satisfaction in obtaining huge long- lasting life-changing results. I pushed myself and my body farther than I ever had and that I had ever thought possible. Perseverance will gain you results and do not give up on yourself! Even if you had a bad day, put that behind you and tomorrow is a brand new day! I lost 55.6lbs in 90days, but more importantly was the strength, muscle and fitness that I have gained. Thanks to this program; my blood pressure is great, I have not had any Irritable bowel episodes, nor have I had an anxiety/panic attacks and I have not been to the chiropractor in 3months. I learned a lot about myself throughout this program and I know that going forward it will take a conscious effort on my part each day to make good choices to maintain and continue with a healthy lifestyle.
