They are super cool, love eating crickets, worms, and pellets. They do not require a heater as they like cold water. They can not have gravel as they will put anything they can fit into their mouths. I have a small amount of sand in with them right now but have been slowly getting rid of it. They need spaces to hid and do not like light, they have no eyelids.
