Looking to spice up your healthy living? Here are two opportunities from the El Paso County Family Resource Center located at the Roy J Wasson Academic Campus. First, a Cooking Matters class will be offered June 13-June 20, 9-11am OR 1-3pm. Learn to prepare healthy meals, prepare and enjoy food in class, and receive FREE groceries each class! This class is open to anyone 18+, but space is limited so call 328-3017 or 328-3028 for more information. Second, more FREE Zumba classes at the Roy J. Wasson Academic Campus are being offered!
