Looks like my friend and I am about to be evicted if his checks dont come soon, and he is saying it seems unlikely they will, so we may be out in a couple days... time to look up local renters laws, and plan a defense... 1) I know the plaintiff and defendant will most likely be written as ALL CAPS legal fictions, though the US Govt. printing manual,, articles 6-sec.25, 22-sec.10&20, and 28 of the Az. const., and all standards of English require Proper nouns for all names of govt. units and people... causing a failure to prove territorial and personal jurisdiction... and I can present plenty of court rulings that say if the true/christian name is not indicated properly, then no action has been commenced... 2) Treason is committed by giving aid and comfort to the international bankers who have also committed treason by usurping our lawful govt. and turning it into a for-profit federal corporation (USC 28-3002(15)), via national debt through the IMF, UN, World Bank, the unconstitutional Federal Reserve act of Dec. 23, 1913 (which hypothecated all US property to the Fed.), the Emergency Banking act and HJR 192 of March 9, 1933 which further claimed ownership of all US Citizens/subjects and our labor, etc....
