Looks whos being a dog. It appears the abuse went on for some time, possibly all his life. He has learned to potty in his crate! Which is what happens when you crate puppies for too long. I am guessing he was probably put in a crate and left there day and night, then thrown in the backyard and forgotten. I think his starvation went on all his life.. If you dont feed them they dont poop as much! His body will heal faster than his mind.
