Lord, I trust You as my Savior. You promised that I never have to face anything alone. Therefore, I will look to You in the midst of my moments. This goes against the grain of the world, the flesh, and the devil. I will prevail in You. The evil one uses three Ds to keep me from finding You: 1. Distractions - so many distractions in the world. When my mind wanders, Ill just return to You with a smile and whisper Your name in loving contentment. 2. Deceptions - this is one of Satans favorite tactics. Ill decency myself by studying and absorbing Your word. 3. Discouragement - Ill get this knock at my door from time to time, but Ill refuse to let it in.
