Lord, it all piled on today -- the fears & the worries & the guilt, the disappointments & the sins & the doubts about decisions... And You stand beside all the weary & whisper one word: Cast! Cast all your cares on Me! Throw all your worries, all the weight, about every single thing you care about, on to Me! I will carry your cares -- and then carry *you.* We feel the relief of it, Lord: God longs for us to live carefree, Him carrying all our cares, because His heart is most care-full toward us. We sigh Yes -- and heave them one by one, casting all our cares on to the broad love of You. We cast off the weight of it all & exhale the relief of the cared-for.... feeling how grace is weightless. #HonestPrayers
