Lord, please give me patience and fb friends, please give me strength and encouragement to get through yet another flood in our finished basement. For the second time, the water heater burst. First flood was a pipe that burst. Ruined everything and we stood in over 2 inches of water by the time we found it. Second time, most of our stuff was off the ground, but ruined the carpet and it took hours of work moving stuff in and out...them having a new carpet installed. Now this newer water heater has burst and same story as number 2. Oh, and our very first water heater we had in this house had a gas leak and had to be replaced. But at least that didnt leave us a huge mess. I have just moved everything to the other side and ken is wet vacuuming the excess water now. What started out as a good day sure didnt end that way. Im ready to go live in the RV; but nooooo, it has a leak also (in one of the slides) that we are to get fixed in the next week.
