Lord thank you, for your election is my souls sole merit, and my only gain is only brought by the bloodstained price only you could pay. May I be yours and yours alone so you may be ascribed glory through me, bought to your service. That I may even speak of grace is more than my heart could hope. Now you are my hope, my affection forever; come quickly, O King of kings. Bind me with your eternal fetters. Let my heart never wander. Forgive me as I forgive others. Keep me from temptation and away from the hands of the enemy. Provide for me what I need that I may not supply you grief in stealing, but do not give me too great for my need, lest I become prideful and rely on my gain. May I say with the apostle, for me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
