Lord you know our hearts and you know our fears of persecution, retribution, and sorrow. but through all adversities we look to you for strength and strive to acheive righteousness through you and with you. Peace be still you say to the storm and it heeds your powerful voice let this storm pass from me and calm the waters so that our ship can sail where it must where you call it to be. I find strength in your words in Jerimiah 1: 17-19 17 “Get yourself ready! Stand up and say to them whatever I command you. Do not be terrified by them, or I will terrify you before them. 18 Today I have made you a fortified city, an iron pillar and a bronze wall to stand against the whole land—against the kings of Judah, its officials, its priests and the people of the land. 19 They will fight against you but will not overcome you, for I am with you and will rescue you,” declares the Lord. I stand amazed in your glorious prescense and so it is spoken and so shall your will be done. Amen
