Spending 2.5 hrs on the phone with the cable company: lost mental health $40,000.00. Flipping out and screaming at the off-shore-sourced IT moron that of course said, “did you reboot?” and then afterwards feeling like a complete ass while simultaneously being racked with guilt and shame: priceless.
