Lost a client today but this one just didnt feel right. Wasnt agreeable to most of my recommendations in my Home Report. Was using part of their furniture left behind from a move and some of mine. They wanted pics of the furniture I was going to use and I explained to them that until I had a signed contract and a deposit, I couldnt reserve inventory - so there was no way I could identify specific inventory for this project yet. Also told them that I do not send pics of my inventory to my clients since I am not an Interior Designer or Interior Decorator and do not supply picture boards. I explained to them that is why you hire a Professional Home Stager because we are trained and educated to prepare the home from a buyers view. Some of the recommendations in my Home Report were cosmetic things that I felt needed to be done (not a lot of $$$) and they told me that if I wanted them done, I could do them at my expense. Just decided to give this one to someone else. Sometimes we just have to walk away and know that another door will open - and it did! Two more previews on Monday of vacant remodels to get ready for the market.
