Lots of awareness campaigns are always going on I know, but October is Lupus awareness month. I think this video explains quite well what Lupus is and the effects that it has on people who suffer with it. My mum has been suffering with Lupus for as long as I can remember but it took a long time for her to be diagnosed because even doctors didnt fully understand at that time. I think that the worst part is looking completely healthy and people having the usual expectations of you when its physically impossible for you to live like everyone else. Please atleast watch the video and do share if you will, so that then when somebody says they or somebody close to them has lupus people can atleast understand a little bit what it must be like.
