Lots of people ask me about cheat meals or cheat days. Personally I think it depends on where you are in your fitness journey. If you are at the start then I would say NO cheat meals for the first 3 months. That will give you a huge head start if not reaching your goal. Once you reach your goal then a cheat meal every once in a while is ok. It is much, much, much easier to maintain your weight then it is to reach it in the first place.
