Lotus Interworks Inc is looking for a Customer Service, Appointment Setters and Support Guru that will champion our customers in all situations. We seek highly motivated, energetic, well organized individual for immediate opening as a Customer Service REP....The ideal candidate will possess: Superior multi-tasking capabilities; strong work ethic; ability to accomplish tasks with limited hand-holding; work well under pressure and a passion for being the best they can be Criteria of what we are looking for: 1. Anyone who is mature, responsible and a team player. 2. Based in Manil 3. Have strong communication skills with neutral accent. Voice and intonation effective in sales and support functions. Call center experience is a plus especially if position was tech support, customer service or sales. 4. Looking for a long term relationship and not a temporary means of earning. 5. Willing to learn and be trained. 6. Remain unflustered when faced with difficult members or out of the ordinary circumstances 7. Must be proficient in Internet Web Search and use of Web based application interfaces. We will be offering services for people searching for apartments, used cars, etc. 8. Work with internal agents/members of the team in a positive, driven way that cultivates collaboration. 9. Able to empathize with customers and possesses good customer diplomacy abilities. 10. Able to maintain solid working relationships with everyone in the group 11. Must have strong analytical skills and be detail oriented 12. Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of staff, managers and subject matter 13. Other duties as assigned that support the overall mission of Lotus Interworks Inc.
